Sale $5 off your order when you buy 5
Okay, if you looked at the ad tomorrow, there is a sale if you buy 5, you will instantly get $5 off, normally $1.99, but when purchased in quantity of 5, each item will cost of 99 cents. Included are Marie Callendar's pourable dressings, Fresh Express Salad, Mushrooms, and two house brand vegetables.
Since they have those weird coupon rules about half of the value, can I or can I not use some $1 coupons for the salad and dressing?
The weird rules are only for PRINTABLES. Not insert coupons or other non-printables - and this is a great deal as there are expireds out for the dressing too.
I am trying to repair my relationship with Dom. I did this deal with The Express salads and Marie's salad dressing and used the $1Qs for the salads and $1 on the dressing and had no problem. And my Dominicks is notoriously coupon strict.
When does the $5 for 5 produce and dressing offer end?
I checked yesterday in the ad and it said it ends 3/17.
Is the buy 5 price good if you buy 6 or is the 6th one back to original price
According to the ad, you get $1 off each once you buy 5. If you buy 6, you'll get $6 off.
I don't have the flyer anymore. But when at the store yesterday the sign near the salads said save $5 when you buy 5 or more. I only bought 5. I wanted to buy 6 but thought (by that wording) that I would only save $5, so not as good a deal. I would guess that if you buy 5 you save $5, buy 10 save $10 etc.
I didn't have the ad with me in the store, and I just did 2 separate orders of 5 each time. However, I could have saved a wee bit of time by just putting them all together, because the ad says 5 or more. If the cashier gives you grief and doesn't take the right amount off, you could always go to CS for an adjustment.
On a separate note, make sure you get the right size Marie's dressing if that's on your list. I had bought the 12 oz. stumpy jars, but the 11.5 tapered bottles are the ones on sale. Hope this helps!
You can buy 5, 10, 15, etc. But when you buy the 6th - it is regular price. I've done that once or twice because of coupons - i.e., $1/3, or whatever. You'll see when you check out that it runs in multiples of 5, a 6th would show on the receipt as normal priced, or at the bottom, you'll see only $5 taken off. I think I saw somewhere on one of the 5 for 5 flyers too, that you must buy 5 for the promotion.
These have nothing to do with Marie Callender. These are Marie's dressings in the produce refrigerated section. There are coupons in 1/31SS.

There was a Jewel book that just expired 2/28 with $1 off Fresh Express salad coupons! I don't remember the name of the book. If you still have it, that should be some free greens!
So how could you get free greens?
I'm confused 50% of the internet coupon??????? Does that mean they will only deduct 1/2 the coupons value but get reimbursed for the full amount???? TIA
The 50% rule is for Internet printable coupons, regular ones should be fine. I'm going to use my dressing q's too! I just wish I had 5 of them.
