OOOH! Too funny. We are deciding between a labbie and another shepherd. Kinda been leaning towards lab actually. Just have to convince DH that I haven't crossed over the looney bin line. We have a 5 year old, a 3 year old, a baby, and a newly adopted cat. :)
One of my students a while ago was a mom with 7 kids - then they went and got a puppy! I guess at some point all chaos is the same! LOL! Most of my puppy owners have kids, one family has 5 boys - they keep that dog busy!

By any chance do you know anyone that breeds boxers? I'm looking and having trouble locating one.
Wow! What type of dogs do you breed? Yes, we had a shepherd. She passed away just a little over a year and a half. We're considering another, probably closer to summer.

I had 15 puppies a few months ago - still have some needing homes. That is how I met Judy on this site - looking for newspapers. Puppies poop and pee a lot! I go thru about 12-15 Tribs a day. Judy has been great in letting me have the papers she gets. She is also the source of great coupon tips!

I love labs! We have a 9 yr old chocolate, he's the best dog in the world. He's a big boy, 90 pds, but the most gentle thing ever. We have 3 boys and he is wonderful with them. We call him our Labragoat, he likes to eat things he's not supposed to..ant traps, toothpaste tubes, got the top of a jar of peanut butter and licked it clean...and that's just the beginning! He's quite a dog!
I could tell you some stories about our 3 yr old male chocolate. The worst is him chewing up a wiffle ball and not being able to pass it and having to have his stomach and instestiens cut open to get it out. $2000.00 later and he still getting into trouble. Eat's anything he can get his paws on. The latest was 6 boxes of Girl Scout cookies the kids left on the counter. I don't know how many times I've had to pour peroxide down his throat to make him throw up something he should not of eaten!! Kids love him, I like him!!!

We had a black lab, chocolate lab and now have a yellow lab. Our yellow lab is 2 years old now. I trained the others at Cardinal dog training and Mary Mazzori (?) in Carpentersville. This one is still in need of more training. Do you have any suggestions for the North West suburbs (Bartlett area) for training? Thank you so much.

I'm actually looking for a male stud for my female. I have been out of breeding for a while and my male has retired and I just can't find the right one for me. I need a calm and friendly and so on male. If you can help I would really appricate it so much. My female is in heat and the clock is clicking. Please help. I have gone through so many web sites and just can find one I like.

are in West Chicago right now. I show my dogs a lot in performance sports, so most of my focus in training is on that, but also have pet classes (puppy, beginner, etc.) I am holding a dog show in Bartlett on Mar. 20 & 21, if you want to stop by and see what kinds of things we train for.
