Dominicks $10 P & G Cat - one allowed at a time!

I had 2 $10 Cats expiring today. I went to Dominicks to spend them. Lord knows I don't need any more groceries!!! After walking around for 30 minutes, I found $20 of items (not great deals!) I had about 8 items and went to check out. I gave the cashier all the coupons including the 2 cats. He tried to scan both cats and said i could only use one! He did split the order but it really backed up the line. I know that it said not for P & G products but did not notice it said one per order! I am so spoiled by Jewel! I hand them a stack of cats every time at least since YB started. I have 3 more Dominicks Cats to spend so I will be buying 10.00 every time. I could kick myself for shopping there! I am sure the rest of the people in line behind me feel the same way!

ONE OF EACH STORE TOO...

I was told the last time at my favorite Dom that there was a one cat limit per transaction and per store cat. So I can use one Dom, one Wag and one Jewel cat per transaction.

SIDE QUESTION: Maybe this can be answered for me... I have used the B1G1 nivea lip coupons and got 6 total and then the coupon for the free lotion with purchase of 3 lip and this time the manager came over and said I couldn't use the coupon for the free lotion. Nor could I use the $1. off the lip on the ones I was buying. I tried to argue my point, but they said no. Any thoughts or comment on that one? I have used these before but didn't know if something changed, or just because I wasn't at my preferred Dom :-)

Dairy disallowed

Also, I bought $12 of items including a gallon of milk and a Dominick's pizza. The register wouldn't accept the $10 Cat. The cashier said he thought dairy wasn't allowed toward the cat? what? Was it the dairy or the Dominick's pizza?

It was the dairy, the coupon

It was the dairy, the coupon states it doesn't include dairy along with a bunch of things. I have a friend that wanted to use it to buy gas, gas isn't allowed either.
