HELP HOW DO GET RID OF DROP DOWN DEALS ??

I can't get to my Iternet Explorer or my mail !And I went to all programs and can't find it .I didn't realize it was going to take over !

DROP DOWN DEAL VIRUS GARBAGE

To get rid of this horrible intrusion.......on IE 7.....go to TOOLS...ADD ONS......enable or sisable addons......find any and all YONTOO s....highlight and delete....restart ur pc.....That s it

You should be able to go to Add/Remove programs to uninstall it.

Look for "Yontoo Layers"

Yontoo Layers is a client that helps it work (overlays the program on top of your existing browser window.) I noticed that is what it was called when I installed it on my computer. Is that showing up in your programs list?

Uninstall Yontoo Layers

I couldn't find it at first either under the uninstall programs list. Then I sorted by installation date and it popped up near the top.

I have the uninstall instructions from DDD if you wish to remove

To Disable Drop Down Deals:

Please go to the following link http://www.dropdowndeals.com/support and click on "Hiding/Disabling Coupon Window." There, click on the button that says "Disable Drop Down Deals."

To Uninstall Drop Down Deals:

To uninstall Drop Down Deals,remove Yontoo Layers from your Programs. You can do this by going to Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs and selecting "Yontoo Layers."

They also said you can email support@dropdowndeals.com if you need help removing it.

DELETED IT OFF FROM CONTROL PANEL

And it still won't go away !!
And when I deleleted it I got a warning . Why after deleted it its still there ??

Did you try to delete from Control Panel/Uninstall program?

You might also need to reboot.

Now I have Bing for my homepage ,Don't know how to find my mail from Bing . I use SBC for my mail !Not hot mail . So I will call ATT maybe .

When you installed it, did it give you the option to change your homepage to Bing? It sounds like that is what may have happened if you agreed to that.

Don't think I seen option for Bing

I would remember cause I hate them ! So hard to get rid of . Still trying to get vmy mail . Thanks will think twice next time . That little sucker really knows how to hide . It should have been in all programs ! Well going to try again
