Bought the tide stain release last night and the pgesaver e coupon came off with no problem just like it always does. I've never had a problem with them at my Dom's. But then again they are competing for business with the new Marianos. And they've always been pretty coupon friendly.

Just an FYI.

I did call the store after my first phone call to P&G. P&G said everything was working on their end and that I should take it up with the store since it didn't come off my receipt. I did and was told by the CS that they don't deal with ecoupons, as that is something totally separate from Dominick's and therefore she could do nothing to help me. That's when I tried to call P&G again when I heard others may have gotten some retribution. But that's when they told me the "you can't use man. q and ecoupons" speech. Hard lesson learned, next time I will pay more attention.

I, too had problems with the Ecoupon for Tide Stain Release. My coupons had been loaded on Thurs. and I didn't get to Doms til Sat. Other ecoupons did come off. Anyway I approached CS about it and she refunded me the 3.00 that didn't come off.I was surprised but grateful for such a great response to this problem. So it doesn't hurt to inquire at the store.

what he said because the ecoupon comes off first, so there is no way it could 'know' that you have a man coupon too! Also I think it is mentioned in Dominick's coupon policy that you CAN use an ecoupon along with a man coupon

I must have talked to the same guy. He told me that it was up to the manager of the store. He said using the ecoupon and the manufacturer coupon was using a double discount and the managers of the stores could disallow it. Funny, but on other items in my cart, the ecoupon worked, just not the Tide Stain Release. Wouldn't have bought it, if I knew the $3 wouldn't come off the price. I did not get a credit as someone else mentioned. Should I go back to the store, and see what they will do?
