Separate transactions for Cats..
Was as Jewel yesterday in Joliet on Jefferson Ave and tried to do the Kraft deal in 2 transactions. 1st one got Cat..but none for 2nd one. The CSM told me it was b/c it will not longer do back to back deals and give u Cats on any following the 1st unless you go to a different register...Anyone else see this?? They are so nice there and he rang it up for me at the self checkout and gave me my Cat...
thats bogus!!! So are they saying that the person behind you could be doing the same thing and they get screwed because you got your's first.
He said if you try it with your card back to back it won't work...and it didn't for the 2nd one until he rang it up on another register. I asked your specific question and he said no they will get their but u won't get another one b/c it takes time to reset...??? idk that what he said and it didn't give one on that same register...So who knows..

i did two orders back to back on the same self check out and got both of my cats. sorry you didnt get yours =-(
How long did it take for them to take your coupons?

and got both CATS. As I began the 2nd one, I held my breath because sometimes you do have to switch registers! But the 2nd did print. The first one I did the cool whip x 5; the 2nd (on the same lane) shredded cheese x5. Sorry that yours didn't print. That really ruins the day.
I did 6 Kraft deals yesterday back to back at the same register and had no problems. They have told me the same thing previously about the system resetting. I think it is more of what I call a "hiccup" with the satellite/computers. I just try it again. It's not like you can miss calculate. These cats aren't like the black belt deals. What I mean is I can't mess this up like a black belt deal by being a few cents short. My 5 items are either on the UPC list or not.
