Cellfire & Shortcuts worked fine for me yesterday. When the $3 Tide stain release didn't come off (I was at self-checkout and the other eQ's came off instantly when I scanned the items), I asked the cashier to void the item. When she asked why, I explained and showed her the "what's on my card" list I had printed from P&G's website. So she manually entered in a $3 manufacturer coupon which showed up as "grocery" on my receipt. They must be getting a lot of complaints about the P&G eQ's, because she offered to do this for me while I would've been happy to just void the item and try another time(we've got so many bags of free Tide stain release, one more or less right now wasn't a big deal :) )

my P&G ecoupons didn't come off either(today, Saturday 9.4.10). I forewarned the cashier that they might not come off as I've read on coupon blogs that they weren't working. I told her I wouldn't be buying those items (Tide and Tide Stain Release) if the e-coupons didn't come off when she hit subtotal. No luck but she asked me what the deducted amount was supposed to be and gave me the discount anyhow. I told her that she didn't have to do that but she insisted. I hate to make Dominick's deal with P&G's issue, but like I said, she insisted! So, lucky me, I guess!

My cashier asked me if I had any coupons at checkout and I said no. She then pressed total and I saw my ecoupons come off, I then said to her oh I do have some coupons and gave her them, she did not seem happy. I only said no because I have been there 4 times in the past week and none of my ecoupons have been coming off, I do remember the cashier asking me once before on one of my previuos trips if I had coupons and the other times I've had them out where they could be seen. I remembered a previous post about the cashier having to press total before scanning any coupons so my thought is that maybe they are being told to check for coupons before pressing total?

Today nothing came off for me too.

When my e-coupon didn't come off the Charmin this week, I e-mailed PGE saver. They loaded the $3.00 coupon to my card so that no matter what I buy next time at Dominick's, it will come off. Works for me!

didn't come off. Lost out on Tide and batteries. Had a toddler with me and don't want to deal with extra time in a line so I will need to take things back later I guess.

Did you or the cashier scan your Dom's card prior to any or all of the transactions? If not, they sometimes don't come off. That is the only time I have had a problem with the e-Qs.

I always ask my cashier if any came off. She says she has to hit the total button after all transactions are in the register...and before ringing up any other Q's.

So, the next time you are in Dom's politely ask your cashier to hit the total button and check to see if your e-Q's came up. Then, ask her to deduct the man Qs.
