I need your help, Please.
We are going camping this weekend and I need charcoal. I want to take advantage of the ecoupon's at Dom's. I have the make a muscle book...I also have the expired Kingsford buy and get coupons....Hidden valley, glad and bbq sauce. I only want to purchase 2 bags.....help! how can I use all these coupons to maximize my savings. I seemed to do better if I have a list, and all the coupons ready. I'm just not sure how to put this all together.
I was at Dom today, and their big bag 16, lb of charcoal is on sale for $6.99. I have 2 $4 e coupons, so if I were you, I would get 2 bags 2x $6.99= $13.98- $8 in e qs- $4 mfr q from the booklet= $1.98 and also pick up all the items listed for free with your other q. Take 2 dressings since they are B1G1 free on sale. Since you also probably have all the other shortcuts and cellfire qs loaded, grab 2 more bottles of Hidden Valley dressing because your e qs will come off that, too. Take 2 KC Masterpiece BBQ sauces, so your e qs will come off too. I think they are $2.19, so after 2 $1 eqs, you might pay 19 cents. Now you can take only one set of dressings, and hope for overage, but if anything beeps, it will cause you problems, and they might not let you use some qs, since some of the items are free. I think I'm confusing you. If everything works right, this should be it:
2 bags 16+lb charcoal- 2$4 e qs- $4 mfr q
4 16oz Hidden Valley dressings -B1G1F sale- 2 $2e coupons- 1 free q when you buy charcoal- $2 mfr Q from a booklet ( possible almost $2 overage)
2 KC BBQ sauce- 1 free w/q - 2 $1 e coupons when you buy 2
1 Glad bags- whichever is listed on a coupon
The overage from the dressings should cover your $1.98 from charcoal, so it should all be free. Be careful you don't go into negative.HTH
I actually did the deal today, I was not sure if I needed to buy 4 bottles of hidden valley or 2....I bought 4, but the ecoupon only came off one time :( The charcoal came off 2x and I had paper coupon...so just like you said, $1.98 for 2 bags of match light. I also got the glad bags, which were free too.....I did have trouble with the cashier, as she was adjusting the FREE coupon for buying charcoal down...I asked why? The store is going to be reimbursed for it in full....her reply was I don't want to lose my job over coupons.....so it didn;t go completely as planned, but I did okay. I spent $17.00 oop, but saved 85%....I had a lot of other items as well. You have the additional $2 mfr Q on the hidden valley....could I have used that too? I thought with the buy charcoal, get dressing free was attached to that? that was confusing...I didn't use it....darn it! I guess I could take it back or count my blessings. This was a tough deal! I didn't see your reply, until now, I went on my lunch hour.
Glad you did it, but I think you could have used the $2 dressing q, too. I did it today, just the dressing, though. It was 1 @ $4.29/ 1 free, and 2 $2 e qs came off, and I gave her the paper q as well, but she only entered $0.29, so no overage. I am almost tempted to buy charcoal when it is such a good deal, and I have a gas grill!
but will be taking a little Charcoal grill camping. Do you think the cashier is correct adjusting the coupon down because of the ecoupons? they are manf. ecoupons and they will be reimbursed in full, correct? I am not one to argue and I didn't but, I did say something to the cashier today and she took that tude "I'm not going to lose my job over a coupon" now I have WAY too much Salad Dressing....will need to make a trip to the food pantry or give to family. I was contemplating even doing the Hidden Valley, but I thought oooh, 2 $2.00 eq's will come off...so FREE....oh well, we sometimes take our chances all part of the deal.

were from the beginning of the summer! Very nice, I know icoupon2 (I think) used them very creatively. I still have the buy charcoal get bbq free....if you want it pm me. I will put it in snail mail tomorrow from work.
I think that's an old one, from a flyer a few months back. I wish I had it, too, especially since I also have that mail in rebate w/beer, so it could be $15 MM for me.
Oh, and I forgot, look for mail in offers by the beer, if you are buying that, too.
if you drink bud beer, there is coupon books by them that will give you eighter 4 or $5 off kingsford. there is hiddern valley coupons in it and johnsonville and kc masterpiece coupons in the book too
If you only want charcoal, Lowes has Kingsford 13.9lb.bags 2 for $9.99 starting tomorrow.
Use the $4 off coupon from the muscle book and will be
$5.99 for the 2 bags.
