Signs, signs, everywhere the signs...

In my travels, I spotted two signs that I thought were worth sharing with you guys.
The first: "Jewel-Osco extends a very warm welcome to all Dominick's customers"
And the second, spotted as I ran into Deals to pick up a $1 Tribune (and get a head start on writing up Monday's sales for you...)
"Deals now accepting manufacturer coupons"
Nice, as not all "dollar stores" do.
(And yes, I put that in quotes intentionally, as Deals sells things that cost more than $1 as well.) Really nice to know as I've often seen things in there that would be good deals... IF they took manufacturer coupons :)

I am so excited to hear that Deals is now accepting coupons. We go there every Saturday to get the Sunday Tribune and a few other things here and there. I'll be getting even more there now!
A dumb question
This may be a silly question, but are the inserts in the Saturday version of the Chicago Tribune the same as the Sunday morning inserts? I got a Tribune at Menards yesterday for $1.00, and it had inserts, but there was no Red Plum, and there didn't seem to be as many items in it as the one I got last Sunday...

Hey Rowdy, the answer to your question is yes, you will get the same inserts in the early addition on as you would on Sunday morning. This week the only insert was the Smart Source. No Redplum this week - did anyone get it?
I did not get a Redplum in ANY of my Tribs - the one I picked up at Deals on Saturday and the two I get delivered -- but I see on other sites that we should have gotten a RedPlum this week. Did anyone actually get it?
The inserts SHOULD be the same, no matter when/where you get the paper. But I'm wondering if there was a collation error?
